Refund Policy – BE WATCH
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all digital products and services offered through the BE WATCH platform. It outlines the conditions, timelines, and procedures under which refunds may be issued.
2. Full Refund
We will issue a full refund if your purchase request is made within 24 hours of the transaction and provided that:
You have not streamed, downloaded, or otherwise consumed any content.
You submit your refund request within 24 hours of purchase.
Refunds requested after this 24-hour window are not eligible for a full refund.
3. Partial Refunds
If you request a refund between 24 and 72 hours after purchase, we may offer a partial refund proportional to the time the service was available to you. In the event of a severe technical issue on our end that remains unresolved after 72 hours, BE WATCH may grant a prorated credit or partial refund.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds (full or partial) will not be granted for:
Discontent with the channel lineup or program selection
Change of mind or switching to a competitor’s service
Failure to use the service after subscribing
5. Refund Processing Times
Credit/debit card payments: Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and will be applied to the original card.
Other payment methods: Processing may take up to 30 business days, depending on the issuer.
BE WATCH facilitates the refund but is not your payment provider.
6. How to Request a Refund

Include your order number, purchase date, and reason for the request
Attach any relevant screenshots or documentation
We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to resolve your request within 5–10 business days.
7. Technical Support
If you experience freezing, buffering, or access issues, our technical team is available 24/7. Please contact us before requesting a refund, as most issues can be resolved promptly.
8. Policy Updates
BE WATCH reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to our site and will be communicated via email or through your member dashboard.
